Condition 1
The centre is primarily for the accommodation of dependent older persons, aged 65 years or over;
Condition 2
No person under the age of 18 years may be accommodated at the centre at any time regardless of medical condition;
Condition 3
Both male and female persons may be accommodated at the centre;
Condition 4
That the registered provider shall reduce the number of residents as soon as a vacancy occurs to accommodate a maximum of 15 residents at any one time;
Condition 5
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with dementia under 65 years;
Condition 6
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with acquired brain injury;
Condition 7
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with intellectual disabilities;
Condition 8
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with physical disability under the age of 65;*
Condition 9
That accommodation cannot be provided for residents for respite, convalescent and palliative care under the age of 65;
Condition 10
That the person in charge successfully completes a suitable postgraduate diploma in gerontological nursing before the 31st December 2012;
Condition 11
Continued registration is conditional on payment in time and in full of all relevant fees or charges payable under the Act and Regulations made thereunder;
Condition 12
The expiry date of this registration is three years from the date of issue of the Certificate of Registration. ;
