Condition 1
The centre is primarily for the accommodation of dependent older persons, aged 65 years or over;

Condition 2
No person under the age of 18 years may be accommodated at the centre at any time regardless of medical condition;

Condition 3
Both male and female persons may be accommodated at the centre;

Condition 4
The maximum number of persons who may be accommodated at the centre is 50;

Condition 5
That accommodation can be provided to people with dementia;

Condition 6
That people aged 18 years or over can be accommodated at the centre for the purpose of respite and convalescent care;

Condition 7
That people with acquired brain injury and intellectual disabilities cannot be accommodated;

Condition 8
That people with physical disability under the age of 65 cannot be accommodated;

Condition 9
Continued registration is conditional on payment in time and in full of all relevant fees or charges payable under the Act and Regulations made thereunder;

Condition 10
The expiry date of this registration is three years from the date of issue of the Certificate of Registration.
