Condition 1
The centre is primarily for the accommodation of dependent older persons, aged 65 years or over;

Condition 2
No person under the age of 18 years may be accommodated at the centre at any time regardless of medical condition;

Condition 3
That both male and female persons may be accommodated at the centre;

Condition 4
That the maximum number of persons who may be accommodated at the centre is 55;

Condition 5
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with dementia under 65;

Condition 6
That the maximum number of people with dementia over 65 who may be accommodated is 20;

Condition 7
That no more than 2 people aged 18 years or over can be accommodated at the centre for the purpose of and convalescent care;

Condition 8
That people with acquired brain injury and intellectual disabilities cannot be accommodated;

Condition 9
That people with physical disability under the age of 65 cannot be accommodated other than those 3 residents in the centre as at the date of registration;

Condition 10
Continued registration is conditional on payment in time and in full of all relevant fees or charges payable under the Act and Regulations made thereunder;

Condition 11
The expiry date of this registration is three years from the date of issue of the Certificate of Registration.
