Condition 1
The centre is primarily for the accommodation of dependent older persons, aged 65 years or over

Condition 2
No person under the age of 18 years may be accommodated at the centre at any time regardless of medical condition;

Condition 3
Both male and female persons may be accommodated at the centre;

Condition 4
The maximum number of persons who may be accommodated at the centre is 81;

Condition 5
That people with dementia can be accommodated;

Condition 6
That people with acquired brain injury cannot be accommodated;

Condition 7
That people with intellectual disabilities cannot be accommodated;

Condition 8
That the maximum number of persons with physical disability under the age of 65 years who can be accommodated at the centre is 5;

Condition 9
That accommodation can be provided to people for convalescent and palliative care under the age of 65, up to a maximum of 3 residents;

Condition 10
That accommodation cannot be provided to people under the age of 65 for respite care;

Condition 11
Continued registration is conditional on payment in time and in full of all relevant fees or charges payable under the Act and Regulations made hereunder;

Condition 12
The expiry date of this registration is three years from the date of issue of the Certificate of Registration.
