Condition 1
The centre is primarily for the accommodation of dependent older persons, aged 65 years or over;

Condition 2
No person under the age of 18 years may be accommodated at the centre at any time regardless of medical condition;

Condition 3
Both male and female persons may be accommodated at the centre;

Condition 4
The maximum number of persons who may be accommodated at the centre is 40. Not withstanding the fact that this centre is registered for 40 people, when the number of residents admitted reaches 30, any increase in bed numbers beyond 30 residents is subject to prior written agreement with the Chief Inspector and subject to an ongoing number of schedules of admission to be decided by the Chief Inspector;

Condition 5
That accommodation cannot be provided to people under the age of 65 with dementia;

Condition 6
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with acquired brain injury;

Condition 7
That accommodation cannot be provided to people with intellectual disabilities;

Condition 8
That accommodation cannot be provided to people under the age of 65 with physical disability, except for the one person resident as at 4 June, 2010, the date of registration inspection;

Condition 9
That accommodation cannot be provided to residents under the age of 65 for convalescent, respite and palliative care;

Condition 10
Continued registration is conditional on payment in time and in full of all relevant fees or charges payable under the Act and Regulations made thereunder;

Condition 11
The expiry date of this registration is three years from the date of issue of the Certificate of Registration.
