Skibbereen Residential Care Centre

Condition 1
The centre is primarily for the accommodation of dependent older persons, aged 65 years or over;

Condition 2
No person under the age of 18 years may be accommodated at the centre at any time regardless of medical condition;

Condition 3
Both male and female persons may be accommodated at the centre;

Condition 4
The maximum number of persons who may be accommodated at the centre is 50;

Condition 5
That people with dementia under 65 years cannot be accommodated;

Condition 6
That people with acquired brain injury cannot be accommodated;

Condition 7
That people with intellectual disabilities cannot be accommodated;

Condition 8
That people with physical disability under the age of 65 cannot be accommodated*;

Condition 9
That accommodation cannot be provided to residents under the age of 65 for palliative care;

Condition 10
That accommodation can be provided to residents under the age of 65 for convalescent and respite care;

Condition 11
Continued registration is conditional on payment in time and in full of all relevant fees or charges payable under the Act and Regulations made thereunder;

Condition 12
The expiry date of this registration is three years from the date of issue of the Certificate of Registration.
