The purpose of this data collection is to have accurate national data on organs procured, transplanted, exported, imported and sent for research.
All organs procured, transplanted, exported, imported and sent for research in the Republic of Ireland.
All organ donations in the Republic of Ireland are coordinated through the National Organ Procurement Service in the ODTI. Strict ethical guidelines protect the interests of organ donors, their families and transplant recipients.
