Submissions made by registered providers in respect regulatory judgements made by the Chief Inspector of Social Services, HIQA

It is the policy of the Authority and of the Chief Inspector that inspectors give due consideration to reasonable and appropriate submissions made by registered providers during and/or after inspections. This will be done in a fair and balanced way. Submissions made under this policy will be considered in a timely way based on the complexities of each particular situation.
