We've listened to what you had to say and have made some big changes! We hope you like it and find it easy to use. 

About the new site

We started from the beginning: we have rewritten the content to make the information easier to read; new navigation to help make things easier to find and there is a new simple, clean design with interactive features. 

We have five new sections:

  1. Our Standards - all of our healthcare, social care and health information standards together in one place
  2. Healthcare - Find out about the work we are doing in Health Technology Assessments, Health Information, and our monitoring reports (Symptomatic Breast Disease Services etc.)
  3. Social care - Find out about our inspection processes, useful links, nursing home and children's residential centre inspection reports and frequently asked questions
  4. Getting involved - Do you want to participate in upcoming workshops and consultations or find out about ones already completed? Take a look
  5. Resource centre - Tools and checklists.
