Draft Corporate Plan 2022 - 2024

HIQA has launched a public consultation on its draft Corporate Plan 2022–2024 and encourages members of the public and stakeholders to share their views on the future direction of the organisation.
HIQA strives for excellence and continually seeks to improve the quality of the work we do. One way of doing this is to draw on the strengths of our stakeholders and listen to the views of those using, providing, funding and planning health and social care services.
Following the consultation, all submissions will be reviewed and will inform the final version of the corporate plan. When approved, the Corporate Plan 2022–2024 will be submitted to the Minister for Health for his consideration. Following this, the document will be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas.
The consultation is being conducted on HIQA’s behalf by Alpha Healthcare Ltd. All submissions received will be reviewed by Alpha Healthcare and used solely for the development of this corporate plan. The submissions will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation.

Please note that HIQA is subject to the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2014 and the statutory Code of Practice in relation to FOI. It would be helpful if you could explain to us if you regard the information you have provided us as being confidential or commercially sensitive. If we receive a request for disclosure of the information under FOI, we will take full account of your explanation, but we cannot give you an assurance that confidentiality can be maintained in all circumstances.
