Condition 1
Subject to any prohibitions or restrictions contained in any other condition(s), the designated centre shall be operated at all times in accordance with the Statement of Purpose (submitted on 24 February 2025) within the footprint of the designated centre on the floor plan received on 24/02//2025, and identified as HIQA PLANS CURRENT 2025, with the follow exclusion to the contents of the Statement of Purpose:

o The staffing profile for 34 residents rather than 15 residents on page 17; (the staffing profile in Appendix 1 is accepted).

The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose (noting the above exclusion), as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.
Condition 2
Only persons aged 18 years or older shall be accommodated at the designated centre at any time.
Condition 3
The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the designated centre is: 15.
Condition 4
The registered provider shall ensure that no new resident is admitted to the designated centre until the designated centre is brought into compliance with Regulation 28; Fire Precautions. The fire safety works in the designated centre must be completed in full prior to the admission of any new resident. Specifically the following works must be completed:
• the provision of compartment walls, including within the attic spaces
• completion of the upgrading of ceilings within the building to provide fire rated ceilings
• servicing or replacing of inadequate fire rated doorsets
• upgrading of fire rated enclosures to areas of special risk - laundry/kitchen/electrical rooms
• upgrading of fire rated enclosure to plant room and store in the ancillary structure, owing to the proximity of these risk rooms to the window of room 26
• upgrading of means of escape including;
o provision of emergency lighting on external escape routes and
o upgrade of final exits, including the lip on the threshold of exits
o provision of fire doors to high risk rooms including the; hair salon, the treatment room, and store 4
o a review of escape signage
