  • Project and Process Coordinator – Regulation Business Services

    HIQA is recruiting for a Project and Process Coordinator in Regulation Business Services (RBS). 

    RBS is responsible for providing business expertise, strong analytics and process development to optimise and deploy processes. The team’s focus is on lean thinking, process standardisation and data leverage to enable standardised business solutions. 

    The Project and Process Coordinator will coordinate and participate in regulation-based projects and process improvement projects, in addition to providing business support to the Office of the Chief Inspector.

  • Regulatory Support Officer

    Tenure: Permanent    (1 x immediate vacancy in Dublin and 2 x immediate vacancies in Galway + nationwide panel)

    HIQA is recruiting for Regulatory Support Officers. 

    The successful candidates will work with inspectors, and regional manager and Deputy Chief Inspector of Social Services/Head of Programme to support the regulation of designated centres on a regional and national level as required.

    Additionally to the immediate vacancies, HIQA intends to create panels for future Regulatory Support Officer permanent vacancies that may arise across its Dublin, Cork and Galway offices.
