Condition 1
Subject to any prohibitions or restrictions contained in any other condition(s), the designated centre shall be operated at all times in accordance with the Statement of Purpose within the footprint of the designated centre on the floor plan received on 21/10/2025. The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose, as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.
Condition 2
Only persons aged 18 years or older shall be accommodated at the designated centre at any time.
Condition 3
The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the designated centre is: 103.
Condition 4
By 30 January 2026, the registered provider will
1. Ensure they have carried out a full fire safety risk assessment at the centre, which reviews all compartmentation arrangements, and addresses the compartmentation size in relation to the dependency and number of residents living within each compartment.
2. Submit the fire safety risk assessment report to the Chief Inspector together with a timebound programme of works to address any identified red and orange rated risks, and measures to reduce the size and numbers of residents within the compartments within a maximum 6 months period.
Condition 5
No new residents may be admitted to or transferred into any unit in the designated centre until such time as the registered provider has ensured that:
1. There are sufficient resources, including management and healthcare staffing resources to meet the assessed needs of all residents in the centre day and night.
2. There is a stable governance and management structure which ensures appropriate supervision of staff allocation and staff practices on each unit both during the day and at night to ensure that:
a. All residents receive care in line with their assessed needs as stated in their individual care plan; this includes nutritional needs, continence care and the provision of assistance in a timely manner in respect of all activities of daily living
b. Referrals to specialist healthcare practitioners are completed in a timely manner and any treatment and recommendations made are outlined in residents’ care plans and implemented by staff.
3. The allocation of resources is done in a considered manner to ensure effective governance and management oversight of service at all times, including nighttime, and appropriate clinical oversight.
4. All areas of the premises, including the kitchenettes, are clean and well- maintained at all times.

When the provider is satisfied that all above requirements have been achieved, the registered provider may apply to remove this condition.
