The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose, as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.

Condition 3

Condition 4

No new residents may be admitted to or transferred into Newbrook One building, a building of the designated centre, until such time as the registered provider has ensured that:
1. There are sufficient staffing resources allocated for each role, during the day and night, to respond to residents' care needs and to ensure residents’ needs are met in a timely and person-centred manner in line with their individual assessments and preferences. The staffing resource allocation should be informed by a full review of residents’ dependency levels, their individual preferences and choices and the requirement to respond to residents' needs in communal rooms and bedrooms. Staffing levels should also be sufficient to ensure residents are adequately supported to participate in meaningful social activities in line with their assessed needs.
2. Appropriate actions and measures are implemented to ensure that management systems effectively address deficiencies in the provider’s audits, enhance communication during staff handovers, and recognise and manage risks related to residents' skin integrity issues and falls to improve safe care delivery.
3. The supervision of staff ensures that:
• Residents receive care consistent with infection prevention and control guidance and standards, recommendations from allied health care professionals, and high standards of evidence-based nursing care.
• All residents' care records, nursing progress notes, assessments and care plans are completed on time and informed by accurate assessments of residents' needs.
