Notification Forms (IPAS Centres)

As a provider of a permanent International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS) centre, you are legally required to notify us within certain time frames about certain incidents, events or changes within your centre.

You can do this by filling out the relevant form below and submitting it to ipasmonitoring@hiqa.ie
