Condition 1
Subject to any prohibitions or restrictions contained in any other condition(s), the designated centre shall be operated at all times in accordance with the Statement of Purpose within the footprint of the designated centre on the floor plans received on 02/12/2025. The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose, as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.
Condition 2
Only persons aged 18 years or older shall be accommodated at the designated centre at any time.

The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the designated centre is: 3.
Condition 4
The registered provider shall only accommodate the current residents at the designated centre. If any of the current residents cease to be accommodated at the designated centre, the registered provider shall not accommodate any other resident without the prior approval of the Chief Inspector.
Condition 5
The registered provider shall implement the Fire Safety Plan dated 23.04.2024, as agreed by the Chief Inspector, in accordance with its terms and shall review it monthly. The registered provider shall engage a competent, qualified and experienced fire safety expert to review the Fire Safety Plan annually. If the requirements of any of the residents change materially, the registered provider shall review the Fire Safety Plan with a competent, qualified and experienced fire safety expert.
Condition 6
The registered provider shall implement the Premises Plan dated 23.04.2024, as agreed by the Chief Inspector, in accordance with its terms and shall review it monthly. The registered provider shall engage a competent, qualified and experienced health and safety expert to review the Premises Plan annually. If the requirements of the residents change materially, the registered provider shall review the Premises Plan with a competent, qualified and experienced health and safety expert.
