Condition 1
Subject to any prohibitions or restrictions contained in any other condition(s), the designated centre shall be operated at all times in accordance with the Statement of Purpose within the footprint of the designated centre on the floor plan received on 18 March 2026. The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose, as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.
Condition 2
Only persons aged 18 years or older shall be accommodated at the designated centre at any time.
Condition 3
The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the designated centre is: 25.
Condition 4
In order to ensure that residents accommodated in Ferdia Lodge Community Nursing Unit are protected from the risk of fire the Health Service Executive will review and where necessary install additional emergency lighting to provide illuminated pathways for escape to a final place of safety both internally and externally by the 30 September 2026

Condition 5
In order to comply with Regulation 27: Infection Control the HSE will, by 31 May 2026, ensure that infection prevention and control procedures consistent with the standards published by the Authority are in place and are implemented by staff. In particular, the HSE will ensure that their policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) address the following issues
1. The requirement to ensure that the arrangements in place for onsite laundering are commensurate with best practice in infection control
2. The arrangements in place to support staff to adhere to hand hygiene practices with particular reference to the requirement for household staff to use a hand wash sink in the Production Kitchen
3. The arrangements in place to maintain environmental hygiene standards in all ancillary facilities
