Registration details:
Condition 1
Subject to any prohibitions or restrictions contained in any other condition(s), the designated centre shall be operated at all times in accordance with the Statement of Purpose within the footprint of the designated centre on the floor plan received on the 21 August 2026, excluding the use of bedroom accommodation on the first floor and the third floor in its entirety. Specifically this registration decision allows the use of 33 beds only on the ground floor.
The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose, as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.
Condition 2
Only persons aged 18 years or older shall be accommodated at the designated centre at any time.
Condition 3
The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the designated centre is 33.
Condition 4
No residents may be admitted to the first, second floors of the designated centre until an agreed program of works has been completed, and the Chief Inspector is satisfied that all residents living in the designated centre have access to external grounds that are safe and suitable for their use. The agreed program of works include;
• the increase in size of the privacy and safety screen on the second floor balcony
• the installation of a boundary fence on the north elevation of the site to define and separate the outdoor area from the roadway
• provision of an additional garden and seating area in an area of the current car park that can be safely and independently accessed by residents
