Frank O’Donnell

Frank O’Donnell is a senior executive and advisor with over 25 years’ experience driving innovation and transformation in healthcare and public services through technology. He has held national leadership roles in Microsoft, KPMG and PA Consulting, advising on and enabling some of Ireland’s most significant digital health initiatives and reforms. He is a member of the Strategic Advisory Committee for the National Screening Service focused on the adoption of AI and currently advises a range of clients across the digital health landscape. 

Frank holds a PhD and MSc from the University of Strathclyde and a B Tech(Ed) from the University of Limerick alongside recent qualifications from the University of Cambridge (Sustainability) and Institute of Directors (Chartered Director Programme). He was previously a non-executive director with Orreco and a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Genuity Science.
