Residents’ questionnaires are sent in advance of announced inspections to allow residents to provide feedback on what it is like to live in a designated centre.

Residents, children in special care, relatives, family, advocates or carers can also complete the form at any time outside of the inspection process and send it to us. You can email or post it to us, or alternatively, you can give the completed questionnaire to an inspector on the day of an inspection.
