I wish to make a freedom of information act in relation to Nphet's recent decision in December 2021 to introduce masks in primary schools for 3-6 class students. 

Specifically did NPHET conduct/produce a risk assessment in relation to the masking of primary school children prior to making the decision. 

Further, If there is a risk assessment I request a copy of same as a matter of utmost urgency.
