CLOSED - Public Consultation Notice for Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) to share data with the Department of Social Protection to implement a National End of Life Survey

The Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) is intending to enter into a data sharing agreement with the Department of Social Protection under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019.
The agreement will enable the administration of the National End of Life Survey.
The DSA was available for public consultation for a period of 28 days, from 21 July 2022 to 18 August 2022 and the public were invited to make submissions by email to consultations.dsa@per.gov.ie during this time. The public consultation is now closed.
