Pursuant to Section 59 of the Health Act 2007, on 6 November 2015 Youghal District Court made Consent Orders attaching conditions to the registration of three designated centres operated by the Health Service Executive under Part 8 of the Health Act 2007:

1) St. Raphael’s Residential Centre, Magnier’s Hill, Youghal, County Cork
2) Oakvale Residential Centre, Magnier’s Hill, Youghal, County Cork
3) Youghal Community Hostels, Magnier’s Hill, Youghal, County Cork

These matters have been adjourned by the Court for a period of 12 months, with liberty to apply to the Court in the meantime.
