What is the consultation about?

This public consultation aims to elicit views that will inform the development of a standard for the national patient summary. A national patient summary can deliver significant benefits for patients, service users, service providers, and others involved in sharing patient information.

Patients, service users, service providers, and the general public are given the opportunity to provide feedback and become involved in the future direction of this patient summary standard.
