Updated to include change to the Primary Childhood Immunisation Schedule. Immunisation with Hib/Men C vaccine at 13 months of age replaced with immunisation with an additional dose of 6 in 1 (DTaP/IPV//Hib/HepB) vaccine at 13 months of age, for those born on or after 1 October 2024.
