Condition 1
Subject to any prohibitions or restrictions contained in any other condition(s), the designated centre shall be operated at all times in accordance with the Statement of Purpose received on 15/12/2025 within the footprint of the designated centre on the floor plan received on 22/08/2025. The registered provider shall only provide for the specific care and support needs, and services, within the facilities as set out the Statement of Purpose, as agreed with the Chief Inspector at the time of registration. Any changes to the specific care and support needs and services provided must be agreed in advance with the Chief Inspector.
Condition 2
Only persons aged 18 years or older shall be accommodated at the designated centre at any time.
Condition 3
The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the designated centre is: 46.
Condition 4
The physical environment in the designated centre must be fully refurbished as outlined in the plans submitted to the Chief Inspector on 02 February 2024. By 30 September 2026 the refurbishment of the designated center must be complete.
Condition 5
No residents may be accommodated on the third floor of the designated centre until such time that the registered provider has met the regulatory requirements in respect of premises and fire safety to the satisfaction of the Chief Inspector.
Condition 6:
No residents can be admitted or transferred internally to the second floor of the designated centre.
1. The registered provider shall ensure that all the existing residents currently accommodated on the second floor are safely relocated to the ground floor or first floor in line with their expressed preferences based on room availability. The registered provider is required to formally notify the Chief inspector when the second floor has been emptied.
2. Once the second floor has been emptied, no new residents shall be admitted to the second floor until such time as the Chief inspector has inspected the designated centre and is satisfied that premises meet regulatory requirements.
