We are developing a new draft Quality Service Charter outlining our public commitment to all people interacting or dealing with us regarding the level of service they can expect to receive. Aligned to the charter, the draft action plan describes our Quality Service Charter commitments and how they will be achieved.
We would like your feedback on our draft Quality Service Charter and the proposed commitments we are making under this action plan towards meeting the Twelve Principles of Quality Customer Service.
Our public consultation will close at 5pm Tuesday 6 January 2026.
