Draft Quality Service Charter and Action Plan 2026-2028

We are developing a new draft Quality Service Charter outlining our public commitment to all people interacting or dealing with us regarding the level of service they can expect to receive. Aligned to the charter, the draft action plan describes our Quality Service Charter commitments and how they will be achieved.

We would like your feedback on our draft Quality Service Charter and the proposed commitments we are making under this action plan towards meeting the Twelve Principles of Quality Customer Service.
Our public consultation will close at 5pm Tuesday 6 January 2026.

The deadline for receipt of submissions is 5pm on Tuesday 6 January 2026.

After the closing date, we will review all feedback received as part of this consultation and reflect it, where appropriate, in the final Quality Service Charter and Action Plan.

When finalised, we will publish the Quality Service Charter and Action Plan. The achievements that we will deliver on by the end of 2027 will be highlighted in HIQA’s annual reports and other corporate publications.
